  18. If you are thinking of buying 3.0 for your existing computer (as opposed to 
  19. buying a new machine with 3.0) then you could purchase a ROM switcher, then 
  20. if a game/app didn't work on 3.0 then you could fall back to 1.3. Since 
  21. both 'ROM's are ROMs then you should have no incompatibilities whatsoever.
